Jai Hind College was founded by Sindhi academicians, is managed by Sindhiphilanthropists, and has been granted linguistic minority status. What better grounds thanthese to assert that the Sindhi language should be loved and respected by us. Sindhi isindeed a rich and sweet language. It becomes a cultural necessity to encourage ourlanguage and teach it to future generations, so that, even in forthcoming years, itsbeauty will be recognized by all. Parents, too, should do their bit by talking to theirchildren in Sindhi to enable them to learn this beautiful language.

"Not to let Sindhi die" should be our only motto.

"Jiye muhin ji Sindhu
Math ghoriyan phanji jindhu"

Translation: It is only Sindhis who can keep the flame of Sindhi, our mothertongue, alive and glowing.
